Confidenciality

1. The nature of the work entrusted and all information provided by the client to Lingua Translation shall be treated in the strictest confidence.

2. Lingua Translation, without the prior written consent of the client, shall not publically divulge, reveal or expose the said information to third parties, with the exception of the workers, collaborators or subcontractors authorized by the Company, and where access to the said information is necessary for the performance of its obligations and work.

3. The foregoing guarantee shall not apply in cases where the Company is obliged by law to communicate the said information, or when the said information is part of the public domain independently of any divulgence by the Company.
